Description
This Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette is a tasty, easy to make salad dressing recipe that is perfect for blueberry season. It is made with real blueberries, avocado oil, balsamic vinegar and a dash of maple syrup.

- ¾ cup blueberries
- ½ cup avocado oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the blueberries, avocado oil, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup to a food processor. Blend for about 30 to 45 seconds, until the mixture is smooth.
- Pass the dressing through a fine mesh sieve to remove any small blueberry chunks. Discard the blueberry pieces.
Notes
- Storage: Store leftover blueberry dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Mix well before serving.
- Thinning the dressing: If your dressing is too thick or if you prefer a thinner dressing, add in a bit of water, 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
