Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette

Description

This Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette is an easy, 5 minute vinaigrette salad dressing recipe that is just the right balance of sweet and tangy citrus flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, orange juice maple syrup, salt and pepper to a mason jar or an airtight container.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds. Pour over salad and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Storage: Store dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 to 10 days. This dressing does not freeze well.
