Description
This Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette is an easy, 5 minute vinaigrette salad dressing recipe that is just the right balance of sweet and tangy citrus flavor.
Ingredients

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, orange juice maple syrup, salt and pepper to a mason jar or an airtight container.
- Shake vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds. Pour over salad and serve immediately.
Notes
- Storage: Store dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 to 10 days. This dressing does not freeze well.
