Notes

  • Storage: Store this Greek Salad Dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. It is normal that it solidifies slightly after storage. If this happens, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before shaking it well again to recombine the ingredients.
  • Fresh Herbs: You can replace the dried herbs with fresh, finely minced herbs. Use 3/4 tsp of each fresh herb instead of 1/4 tsp of dried herbs.
  • Panera Copycat: If you are looking to make a Panera Bread Copycat version of their famous Greek Salad, you can use this dressing and follow this Panera Greek Salad Recipe for an easy homemade version.
