- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup*
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup to a mason jar or an airtight container.
- Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until the mixture is emulsified. Pour over your salad immediately.

- *Maple Syrup: Make sure to use real maple syrup for this recipe, not the fake stuff. It will make a huge difference in the quality of your dressing.
- Storage: Store leftover salad dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 to 10 days. Shake well right before serving on your salad.
