Description
This Red Wine Vinaigrette is an easy and versatile salad dressing that takes only 5 minutes to make. This light yet flavorful dressing is perfect for green salads or quinoa salads.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano, dried
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic and oregano to a glass jar with a sealed lid.
- Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until the dressing is creamy and well-emulsified. Taste, and add salt and pepper as needed. Shake again briefly before pouring over your salad.

- Storage: Store this red wine vinaigrette in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
