Description
This Strawberry Basil Vinaigrette is a simple, fruity salad dressing recipe that is perfect for spring and summer. It’s just the right balance of sweet & tart and is a great way to up ripe strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp avocado oil
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, avocado oil, basil leaves, white wine vinegar and maple syrup to a food processor. Blend for about 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Pass the dressing through a fine mesh strainer. Discard the small pieces of basil and strawberry.
- Use your dressing immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Storage: Store the vinaigrette in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 to 10 days. Don’t freeze.
