Description
This Hot Honey Mustard Sauce is a delicious, easy to make Sweetgreen dressing copycat recipe. This sauce is perfect drizzled over any type of steak salad.
Ingredients

- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 1/2 tsp water
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add the Dijon mustard, honey, water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to a mason jar.
- Put the lid on and shake the mason jar vigorously for 30 seconds until the dressing is well emulsified and creamy.
- Pour over your salad immediately.
Notes
- Storage: Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. It will solidify slightly after being in the fridge. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before shaking again and pouring over your salad.
