Description

This Hot Honey Mustard Sauce is a delicious, easy to make Sweetgreen dressing copycat recipe. This sauce is perfect drizzled over any type of steak salad.

Instructions

  1. Add the Dijon mustard, honey, water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to a mason jar. 
  2. Put the lid on and shake the mason jar vigorously for 30 seconds until the dressing is well emulsified and creamy. 
  3. Pour over your salad immediately.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. It will solidify slightly after being in the fridge. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before shaking again and pouring over your salad.
